Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 48 hours (2 Business Days) of the order being placed. For info regarding cancellations, please refer to our Refund Policy: https://northeastcorkbark.com/policies/refund-policy. We pack each order fairly based on current availability to ensure that you're getting an even mix of the product(s) ordered, within the parameters identified. 


Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by up to 48 hours. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email or telephone number provided.

Please note that each bulk box ordered will ship at the same time, but as separate packages. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that some orders may arrive in multiple packages, resulting in multiple tracking numbers. 

Any orders with a total quantity/weight over 110lbs + will NOT ship via standard shipping methods. If you're interested in placing an order of over 110lbs, please contact us at contact@northeastcorkbark.com for custom shipping solutions or a freight quote. 

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All additional fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
